A protonscope was a scientific device that could be used to examine samples, projecting a holographic image. Jedi Knight Reath Silas used a protonscope in his laboratory in the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, utilizing it to analyze samples of the Nameless creatures' effect and the blight affliction.^[1]
