Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A laboratory was used by Project Protean on a planetoid in the Subterrel sector. Though tightly guarded, around 3640 BBY it was infiltrated by Doctor Eckard Lokin, who was searching for the reason Protean was targeting him and his safe houses.[1]

Behind the scenes

The laboratory is mentioned in Star Wars: The Old Republic during Eckard Lokin's companion storyline.[1]
