Project DS-5 was an experiment of Czerka Corporation on the moon CZ-198 during the Galactic War. Located in a sewer of the Czerka research facility on the moon, the mysterious subject attacked and was defeated by forces who recovered a vital anti-toxin trashed by employees of the embattled station.
