Prison Transfer and Processing was an installation located along the eastern wall of the Minimum Security Section of the planet Belsavis, in which newly arriving prisoners would be processed into Belsavis prison. During the riot around 3641 BBY during the Galactic War, the central power plant failed, trapping Zale Barrows and his girlfriend Kayla Perlis in the installation's hangar. Barrows left to restore power, but Perlis was caught and killed by the Houk Skadge.
