Pria's sole moon[2] was a part of the Pria system. It was situated in the Arrowhead region within the Slice portion of the Core Worlds.[1] It circled the terrestrial planet Pria and maintained what its native Priapulin species referred to as a "perfect" orbit. As a result, by the time of the Yuuzhan Vong invasion of the galaxy,[2] which began in 25 ABY,[3] a tidal cycle on Pria had for several decades equaled nearly exactly ten standard hours.[2]
Behind the scenes
Pria's sole moon was introduced in "The Priapulin," a Wizards of the Coast's Star Wars Roleplaying Game source article in The University of Sanbra Guide to Intelligent Life series. The article was published in the eighth issue of the Star Wars Gamer magazine[2] on December 21, 2001.[4] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Pria system, and therefore the moon, in grid square M-10.[1]
