Preparing for the Storm

Preparing for the Storm was the title of an Alliance to Restore the Republic propaganda poster painted some time during 1 ABY. It was the winner of the second Rebel Alliance painting contest and upon winning the competition, it was given out to spacers in Mos Eisley by the Human Navari Trik.

Depiction

The painting depicted a group of Alliance troops and a female Lethan Twi'lek Jedi Knight with a cybernetic arm, who were hiding behind a wall, seemingly in preparation to attack an Imperial All Terrain Scout Transport, Scout trooper and Stormtrooper.

Behind the scenes

Preparing for the Storm was created by Star Wars Galaxies player Hazaz, from the game's the Bloodfin server, as part of an official Galaxies painting competition. The painting won the competion and following Update 14 in 2009, could be obtained in the game for a limited time, from a Non-Player Character (NPC) in Mos Eisley.
