Prall was a Hutt who was the head of PharmCorp, a successful business on the planet Nubia. Prall also owned the Nubian Palace, a well known and luxurious resort on the planet. However, these businesses were cover for his crime empire. He rose to power through a series of bribes and favors executed through the Nubian government, and used his influence to sell weapons and information. Prall was thin in comparison with most Hutts and was fairly young during the height of the Galactic Empire. He was easily distinguished by his mottled tan-gray skin and his different colored eyes. His right eye was blue and his left eye, yellow. He attached a metal spike to his tail as a weapon to use against his opponents. His reactions were sluggish as a result of the chemicals that he had tested and had lead to endless paranoia concerning rivals. [1]
