- "As a result of its growth and activities the sheer number of files and datacards produced by COMPNOR during a standard year could feasibly have filled the Death Star. The fact that even some of these records exist and are avaliable to us is through the dedicated work of Amn Fos-er and the New Republic's Post-Imperial Administration and Ephemeral Preservation Network."
- ―Beaumont Kin, The Rise and Fall of the Galactic Empire
The Post-Imperial Administration and Ephemeral Preservation Network was an organization within the New Republic that took part in preserving a portion of the many records that the Commission for the Preservation of the New Order created during the reign of the Galactic Empire. The combined efforts of the network and Amn Fos-er were responsible for some of the materials being available to the historian Beaumont Kin, who mentioned the network's dedicated efforts in[1] his[2] book The Rise and Fall of the Galactic Empire[1] in 35 ABY.[3]
Behind the scenes
The Post-Imperial Administration and Ephemeral Preservation Network was mentioned in the 2024 reference book Star Wars: The Rise and Fall of the Galactic Empire, which was written by Dr. Chris Kempshall.[1]

- ↑ Star Wars: The Rise and Fall of the Galactic Empire states that thirty years have passed since the end of the Galactic Civil War and months have passed since the Battle of Exegol. As Star Wars: Timelines dates the end of the war to 5 ABY and the Battle of Exegol to 35 ABY, the in-universe The Rise and Fall of the Galactic Empire must have been published in 35 ABY.
