A'Yark was a Tusken Raider who was the chief of a tribe[1] around the time of 1 BBY.[2] The warrior had only one eye; the missing eye was covered by a red crystal.[1]

Behind the scenes

A'Yark was first mentioned in the Star Wars canon in the short story "Rites," written by John Jackson Miller.[1] A'Yark was originally introduced in the Star Wars Legends novel Kenobi, written also by John Jackson Miller.[3]
