Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

An independent sovereign government governed the planet Plazir-15 in the Outer Rim Territories. Before the rise of the Galactic Empire, the government took the form of a monarchy ruled by the Royal family of Plazir-15. After the fall of the Empire, the leader of the Royal family, the Duchess, and her lover, Captain Bombardier, created a new charter for the planet. This new charter defined the government of Plazir-15 as an elective monarchy utilizing direct democracy as the primary decision-making and election method.[1]

After the creation of the democratic charter, the people of Plazir-15 voted for the Duchess and Bombardier as co-heads of states.[1]
