A plasma conduit was a channel for moving superheated plasma.[1] They were a key part of a starship's power supply,[2] as well as a component of manufacturing facilities, power plants, or anywhere that plasma was utilized. These conduits were constructed of very strong materials in order to withstand the heat of plasma, and ruptures were rare, though they could be intentionally ruptured by individuals looking to use the dangerous situation to their advantage, typically by shooting the conduit.[1]
