Plan 5 was a code phrase that Clone Force 99 would execute in certain situations. When the squad was being overwhelmed by Clone troopers, Echo activated Plan 5 which caused Vice Admiral Edmon Rampart's Venator-class Star Destroyer, VZ-114, to topple over, allowing Clone Force 99 to abandon the scene.[1]
