Plaguehorn was a massive reek that was infected with the rakghoul plague during a resurgence of the plague on the planet Tatooine. It lived in the Jundland Wastes until it was slain.[1]

Plaguehorn is a World Boss who only appears during the Rakghoul Resurgence on the planet Tatooine, a recurring World Event in the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic that cycles between Tatooine, Alderaan, and Corellia. The reek was first introduced in the expansion Star Wars: The Old Republic: Rise of the Hutt Cartel in Update 2.5.[1]
