A series of components in a modified tight-beam emitter including a pivar spinner
A pivar spinner was a component from a holoprojector. If fitted to a tight-beam emitter, the pivar spinner could be modified to emit mag-particles which could disrupt the command signals between a restraining bolt and its caller.
