The Pirate Saber Design was a custom lightsaber hilt owned by the droid Hunter J-3DI that he could wield for the Hunters of the Outer Rim competition on Vespaara as an alternative to his standard lightsaber. A small blade protruded from the bottom of the saber's hilt.[1]

Behind the scenes

Pirate Saber Design was an "Epic" rarity "Weapon Wrap" for the Hunter J-3DI's Jedi Saber Design, which first appeared in the competitive video game Star Wars: Hunters, specifically added within update 5.0.0 alongside Season 5 on January 27, 2025. It served as half of a cosmetic set alongside the Pirate Jedi. This official Star Wars: Skeleton Crew inspired tie-in wrap could be unlocked by purchasing the Pirate Jedi Bundle from within the Hunters in-game shop.[1]
