The title of this article is conjectural.

Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The sixth planet of the Pii system was the system's only gas giant and it orbited the Pii sun. The planet was located in the Arkanis sector[2] in the Slice portion of the Outer Rim Territories.[1] Like the rest of the Pii system, the planet was a seven-day hyperspace journey away from the Perlemian Trade Route[2] and lay along the Old Corellian Run and the Trans Gulf Route hyperlanes.[1]

The planet, along with the rest of the Pii system, was originally located on the super-hyperroute known as the Corellian Run. When that hyperspace route changed its course[1] at some time between 11,000 BBY and 4000 BBY[3] and as a result no longer ran through the Pii system, the gas giant remained on the Old Corellian Run.[1]

Behind the scenes

The Pii system's sixth planet was first mentioned in "The Greel Wood Haven," an article written by C. Robert Carey and featured in the sixth issue of Star Wars Adventure Journal, a roleplaying magazine that was published by West End Games for their Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game. The issue released in May of 1995.[2] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Pii system, and therefore the planet itself, in grid square R-16.[1]

In addition, The Essential Guide to Warfare depicts that same section of the hyperlane as still being a part of the Corellian Run by 11,000 BBY.
