Parpa was a male individual who operated on the planet Aloxor. Sisay, the leader of a criminal gang on Aloxor, knew of Parpa. Dayja Collerand, agent of the Imperial Security Bureau, while undercover using the alias of "Mole," was hired as a slicer by Parpa.[1]
