Pad 45 was a docking pad on the planet Lok in the vicinity of Brogar's, a cantina and safe house. Around 137 ABY, Naxy Screeger attempted to escape from a bounty placed on him by Rav and visited Brogar's to make arrangements. A pilot agreed to discreetly transport Screeger and told him to bring all his creds to pad 45.[1]
