P'lya Hera^[3] was a police officer in the city of Bestine, on the planet Tatooine, during the Galactic Civil War.^[2] In addition, Hera was an informant and a recruitment agent for the Alliance to Restore the Republic.^[3] P'lya Hera was murdered sometime after the Battle of Yavin^[2] by the pro-Imperial Officer of Defense of Bestine Victor Visalis.^[3]
