Oziaf was the most trusted counselor of Xim the Despot. When Xim's empire first encountered the Hutt Empire, Xim sent Oziaf to lead negotiations with the Hutts on the planet Ko Vari. However, the Hutts regarded Oziaf's presence as an insult and they called him Oziaf the Insignificant. According to The Despotica, a body of fictional narratives that were written about Xim after his death, Oziaf was a male Tintinna.
