The Otoh Gunga Transit Authority was an organization created by the Gungans of the underwater city of Otoh Gunga on Naboo. Lob Dizz was noted for being a respected engineer who had worked for both the Otoh Gunga Transit Authority and the Gungan Grand Army.[1]
