Orbital Security was a security organization that performed cargo checks on citizens of the moon Toshara in the Toshaal system of the Outer Rim Territories.[1] In 3 ABY,[2] reporter Kotera Braal issued a reminder to all citizens of the moon during a broadcast of Holonet News Toshara that they needed to fully cooperate with Orbital Security as the checks it carried out were a matter of public safety.[1]
