The oomalmi was a brightly colored tree found on Ithor,[1] a planet that was the homeworld of the Ithorian species.[2] Some Ithorian females had "Oomalmi" as a given name.[1]

The oomalmi was mentioned in the 2003 reference book Galactic Campaign Guide, written by Peter M. Schweighofer and J.D. Wiker and published by Wizards of the Coast for use with the Star Wars Roleplaying Game.[1]
