Onyx pearls were a type of pearl.[1] By 10 BBY,[2] Captain Gunda Mabin and the Blazing Claw had seized 0.80 kilograms of onyx pearls from the pirate Hondo Ohnaka after capturing him. The pearls were then included on a list of the plunder seized from Ohnaka that was written in the book that would become known as the Smuggler's Guide.[1]
