"These marks are too easy. Not enough credits."
A bounty hunter speaking about several targets, including Toggs[1]

Omar Toggs was a Rodian criminal who was active during the galaxy-spanning Clone Wars.[1] Around 20 BBY,[3] Toggs was wanted dead or alive for 75,000 credits for racketeering and extortion. Together with others, their bounty was listed in the Mos Eisley Cantina on the planet Tatooine, where several bounty hunters discussed their next target. However, they deemed Toggs as uninteresting because their bounty was too low. Toggs had green skin and blue eyes.[1]

Behind the scenes

An image of Toggs first appeared in "Bounty,"[4] the twentieth episode of the fourth season of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series, which aired on March 2, 2012.[5]
