The Emergency Relief Area, also known as the Old Sports Ground was a sports ground in the southern district of the city Tel Bollin on the planet Endregaad which was taken over by the Corporate Sector Authority[1] in 19 ABY[2] following a deadly plague outbreak. The sports grounds were transformed into the Emergency Refuge Area, a hub for the CSA's relief efforts. Refugees were housed there in encampments and food, water and medicine, including a vaccine were distributed. Refugees residing there were required to wear colored neck tags noting when they had received food, water and medicine. CSA security forces patrolled the area to maintain order and wore breath masks. One corner of the sports ground was used as a landing pad at which additional supplies could be dropped off.[1]
