Old High Trammic was one of the sixteen languages that the human Jedi Knight Yord Fandar was fluent in during the High Republic Era prior to his death[1] in 132 BBY.[2]
Behind the scenes
In the current Star Wars canon, Old High Trammic was mentioned in the 2025 reference book Star Wars: The Acolyte: The Visual Guide, which was written by Pablo Hidalgo.[1] The language originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it first appeared in Lando Calrissian and the Mindharp of Sharu, a 1983 novel by L. Neil Smith that was written as the first installment in the Star Wars: The Lando Calrissian Adventures trilogy.[3]
