"If you're ever travelling alone in the Old Hallet prairie, make sure you have a trusty rifle at your side. Popular spot for bounty hunter ambushes."
―Diago Velaar[1]

The Old Hallet prairie was a location in the galaxy.[1] In 9 ABY,[2] the Hunter Diago Velaar[3] mentioned that the Old Hallet prairie was known as a hotspot for bounty hunters to set up ambushes and so advised always preparing a rifle when traveling the area alone.[1]

The Old Hallet prairie was mentioned in the current Star Wars canon in the video game Star Wars: Hunters, which was developed by NaturalMotion's BossAlien[4] and published by Zynga initially on November 16, 2021, as a soft launch,[5] before the global release on June 4, 2024.[6] The game was then taken offline on October 1, 2025.[7] The mention of Old Hallet prairie was featured in the description of Prairie Slugthrower, one of Velaar's weapon wraps[1] added on January 9, 2024.[8] In the Star Wars Legends continuity, the location first appeared in the 2011 graphic novel Star Wars Adventures: Boba Fett and the Ship of Fear, which was written by Jeremy Barlow, illustrated by Daxiong, and published by Dark Horse Comics[9] on April 27, 2011.[10] The Old Hallet prairie and Dolva Prime were canonized through the same set of costume and weapon wrap; however, the two subjects were not connected,[1][11] unlike their Star Wars Legends counterparts.[9]
