Olan Carrus

Olan Carrus was an elderly individual who served as an ambassador and representative of the planet Behpour. He represented his planet at a summit held by Queen Padmé Amidala of Naboo. Carrus was a good friend of Sio Bibble, Naboo's governor.^[1]
