The Okara Battle Droid Ax R2 was a model of three-legged battle droid produced by the Okara Droid Company at the Okara Droid Factory on the planet Balmorra. Equipped with arm-mounted blaster cannons, a number of them were used to defend the exterior of the factory during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire.[1]

Okara Battle Droid Ax R2s appear as enemies in the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic, where they can be found around the Okara Droid Factory on the Imperial version of Balmorra.[1]
