Oh-li was an elderly woman who resided in Black Spire Outpost on Batuu. She wove baskets and sold fruit and vegetables with her sister, Jenda, from a cart near Oga's Cantina. The two women were harassed by stormtroopers of the First Order who were searching for the Resistance spy Vi Moradi after she had killed one of them the previous night. When the trooper crushed one of her baskets and pointed a blaster between Jenda's eyes, questioning her again, the sisters exchanged a look and Oh-li shook her head a tiny bit. Moradi was grateful for their bravery, but when the stormtrooper struck Jenda and threatened Oh-li, the spy feared for the old woman's life. Moradi stepped in to protect the sisters and caused a distraction so Oh-li could help Jenda escape into their apartment, at the cost of being captured.[1]
Oh-li had rheumy eyes, freckles, and no teeth. She wore a long dress and inexpensive bracelets made of wire.[1]
