During the Imperial Era, the Galactic Empire carried out an occupation of the planet Castell. After the Empire arrived on the planet, they stole an object of value to Papa Toren. During the occupation, Governor Ssaria enforced the will of Emperor Sheev Palpatine to the point she became known as the "Burning Moff" and the "Fiend of Castell."[2]
