The Obroan Intelligence Summit, called Obroa-skai massacre by Cornelius Evazan, was a meeting of information brokers that took place on the planet Obroa-skai. The summit ended in failure when Cornelius Evazan assassinated all of the info brokers in attendance.^[1]
