A language was used by the Storm-hair species.[1] In 8 ABY,[2] several members of the species, including the warlord Nuso Esva and his followers, the Chosen, spoke the language during a battle against the Empire of the Hand on the[1] Unknown Regions[3] planet Quethold. Shortly after the warlord spoke the tongue into his communications device, commanding the Chosen to attack the Imperial forces, the Storm-hairs were killed by Imperial stormtroopers. The Quesoth Trevik considered the language incomprehensible.[1]
Behind the scenes
The language appeared in the 2011 novella Crisis of Faith, written by Timothy Zahn and included in 20th Anniversary Edition of Zahn's 1991 novel Heir to the Empire.[1]
