Noob Hill was located in Ruan's Refugee Facility 17 in 25 ABY. It was an area where, after paying Salliche Ag, refugees fleeing the Yuuzhan Vong invasion could attain marginally better accommodations than those available in the main facility. Ithorians, Wookiees, and Gamorreans were among the species living there.
