The Nonagon Cycle was an opera. It was one of the works that Fleet Admiral Gallius Rax mentioned while speaking to Rae Sloane about operas.[1]

Even though "cycle" is usually spelled lowercase in such cases, Chuck Wendig spelled the word uppercase in his book Aftermath: Life Debt, in which he introduced the musical work.
