Nilwoon was a corrupt Wookiee agent of a syndicate found on the planet Tatooine. He approached a group of Rebels to offer them 15,000 credits to rescue Maxine Baytor from Imperial custody with no questions asked. The group turned him down, however, and delivered her to the Rebel Alliance instead.
