New Town was a gated town in the Known Universe. Despite not being located in the galaxy, the conflict of the Skywalker family was felt there through a Disturbance in the Force. Eight individuals of various species lived in New Town, including three stormtroopers that served the Galactic Empire. A GNK power droid and various plants and non-sentient species such as womp rats, tauntauns and banthas additionally lived there. Several houses and vehicles, including an All Terrain Recon Transport and an X-34 landspeeder, were also located in New Town.[1]

LEGO City first appeared in the 2007 video game LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga. It is a bonus level that could be unlocked after collecting 50 gold bricks. The goal of the level is for the player to collect one million studs located in the city. It shares an opening crawl with the similar bonus level for LEGO City.[1]
