The Neshig sector lay in the Slice portion of[2] the Inner Rim and contained the Corvanni system.[1] The latter was the site of the astronomical object Corvanni IV. During the Galactic Civil War, the company Gandalom Paramedicinals, Inc. had its corporate headquarters in Gandalom City on Corvanni IV.[4]

Behind the scenes

The Neshig sector was introduced in the 1994 Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game supplement Galaxy Guide 10: Bounty Hunters, which was written by Rick D. Stuart for West End Games.[4] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the sector's Corvanni system in grid square N-9.[3]
