Neroli was a contract broker and member of the Pyke Syndicate crime syndicate during the reign of the Galactic Empire.[1] In 3 ABY,[2] he worked on the Outer Rim jungle planet Akiva, where he oversaw a stable of smugglers.[1] That year,[2] Neroli was entrusted with one of at least three keycards used to open the Pyke's vault in the Pyke Syndicate District of the city Myrra on Akiva. During that time, his keycard was at a small settlement in the north of Myrra Valley region of Akiva.[1]

The thief Kay Vess learned of Neroli's keycard and its approximate location from a data terminal near the sealed vault[1] in 3 ABY.[2] She later stole Neroli's keycard from the settlement and used it along with the two other keycards to deactivate the vault's ray shield and steal 5000 credits and the materials necessary to apply an "Imperial" paint scheme to an EML-850 light freighter.[1]

Behind the scenes

Neroli was mentioned as part of the "Pyke Syndicate Vault" intel quest in the 2024 video game Star Wars Outlaws developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. The game's intel for the keycard states that Neroli keeps his keycard on him at all times in the Pyke Syndicate district however the map directs the player to the Myrra Valley settlement where the keycard is actually located.[1]
