Neg's monster

The title of this article is conjectural. Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

Neg's monster was a large, furry, ferocious creature owned by Captain Neg in Mos Espa in circa 32 BBY.

When Neg captured the Ithorian child Tomo, Qui-Gon Jinn was enlisted by the boy's desperate mother to rescue him in Captain Neg's house. The Jedi attempted to rescue Tomo from his cage quietly, but the monster broke out of its own cage and attacked, forcing Qui-Gon to kill it.

Behind the scenes

The player only fights the beast if completing the Tomo side-quest. This article assumes the player did so.
