Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

In 14 ABY, the criminal Lannik Racto owned a hidden droid factory on Nar Shaddaa. There, he mass-produced assassin droids for sale on the black market. When Racto was captured by Jedi Jaden Korr, he gave away the location of his factory to New Republic authorities, who shut down his operations.
