Nana Bagwa was a female Human and the grandmother of Hermione Bagwa. She was known to make and serve mutant rat liver and onions regularly to Hermione as a child, which she never liked. However, the Besalisk chef Dexter Jettster, who later employed Hermione, thought it nice enough to serve at his restaurant on Coruscant, Dex's Diner, where he named the dish Nana Bagwa's liver and onion in honor of her.
