The Nalle triplets,^[1] or the Nalle sisters, comprised of Mya Nalle, Yma Nalle and Lela Nalle Mayn,^[2] a trio of identical^[1] Human^[2] female sisters who lived on the planet Coruscant.^[1] The only married triplet, Lela, was an architect and native of the planet Commenor. She came to the University of Coruscant to study architecture.^[2] The triplets were subtly effective^[3] spies for corrupt Mayor Acros-Krik,^[4] who offered them as guides to targets he wanted monitored. They reported to the mayor any useful information their guests foolishly divulged.^[5]

The triplets, who were considered attractive,^[3] commonly went to the gambling halls and casinos in the Uscru Entertainment District of Coruscant. They used their femininity to distract other gamblers while stealing their credits.^[1] Mayn unfortunately found herself studying the architecture of establishments like the Outlander Club,^[2] a nightclub and gambling hall in the Uscru District.^[6]

Behind the scenes

Mya Nalle, Yma Nalle and Lela Mayn, seen in Attack of the Clones, were all portrayed by an uncredited Amy Allen. All of the triplets' names are anagrams of her name.

The shot in which Mya and Yma Nalle appear was completed after principal photography using a limited number of actors and costumes, with some being duplicated to better populate the shot. The idea of the Nalle triplets was used to explain why two such similar-looking women appeared in one shot, with Lela Mayn later being confirmed as the third Nalle sister.
