NK-409 is the designation of Human pilot who was in service to the Galactic Empire during the Galactic Civil War. Several months after the Empire's defeat on Endor, he was stationed at Akiva's capital city of Myrra and had been piloting his TIE starfighter when he heard the sound of mortar fragments hitting the side panel of his fighter. This caught his attention, so he went to check it out, keeping his hand on his blaster holster. As he bent down to grab the shard, nearby Norra Wexley whistled to get his attention. Noticing her, the man reached into his holster and called out, but before he could do anything else, he was hit in the chest by a bullet fired by Jas Emari. The pilot cowered and died after a while.
