N-K Project

The N-K Project was a project by^[1] Doctor Nycolai Kinesworthy,^[2] whom the Galactic Empire hired to enhance combat droid technologies, and established in the Myyydril Caverns of Kashyyyk under the careful eye of the dark side Prophetess Merili. Merili soon enlisted the services of the unconventional scientist and total lunatic Treun Lorn and took him and Kinesworthy to the Emperor's secret storehouse on the planet Utapau, where they obtained and used the remains and personal effects of the late General Grievous to develop the test subject Lorn named the N-K Necrosis droid.^[1]
