"My Favorite Jedi" is a short comic story in LEGO Star Wars: Galactic Freedom Fighters,[3] a non-canon activity book published by Scholastic in 2015.[1]
Plot summary
A class of Padawans are instructed by Jedi Grand Master Yoda to draw their favorite Jedi Knight. Bene opts to draw Obi-Wan Kenobi while a Nautolan decides to draw Mace Windu. Liam, meanwhile, is instead drawing Darth Maul. After Yoda asks if Liam's favorite is, in fact, a Sith Lord, the Padawan clarifies that Qui-Gon Jinn is their favorite but they forgot their pencil case and thus only have a black pencil.
Continuity
The Togruta Padawan has the same design as the LEGO minifigure versions of both Ashla and Vaash Ti, though their identity is not specified. The Nautolan has Kit Fisto's minifigure design despite being referred to as a Padawan.[3]
