The Mustafar bandit sword was a bladed weapon that was crafted and used by the criminals on the lava world of Mustafar. The base of the sword was cut into jagged triangles, likely to allow the wielder to better damage their enemy in close quarter fighting. The blade itself was not very lengthy.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Mustafar bandit sword appeared in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,[1] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.[2] The Mustafar bandit sword was added to the game with the release of the expansion pack Trials of Obi-Wan on November 1, 2005.[1]
