The Mos Espa Podrace racetrack was a podracing course located on Vespaara. Found in and around the Mos Espa Podrace battlefield of the Grand Arena, a locale utilized by the Hunters of the Outer Rim competition, it could be accessed from one side of the arena via the Raceport.[1] Portions of the course, like the battlefield, were meant to evoke the vista of Mos Espa, Tatooine, home of the annual Boonta Eve Classic podrace event. The racetrack was utilized by the various owners of the Arena, who would intentionally divert their repulsorcraft podracers to fly through the map to add an additional element of chaos.[2]

Behind the scenes

The Mos Espa Podrace racetrack first appeared in the competitive video game Star Wars: Hunters. It was added to the game via the inclusion of the Mos Espa Podrace map.[1]
