Mooxx fat was a lighter-than-air substance that could agglomerate and form clouds in a planet's atmosphere. Warm climates on a Raspar system planet generated this phenomenon, which made the irrigation of arzen fields difficult. A weather forecast predicted that the event would occur during the months of Nnters and Hinggnih.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Mooxx fat was mentioned in a one-page weather forecast titled "Region 29: The West Fissure," written by Bob Carrau for the 1993 book Monsters and Aliens from George Lucas, a publication that collects concept designs and photographs from various George Lucas projects.[1] Lucasfilm employee Leland Chee, who maintains the Holocron continuity database, has indicated that information contained in the book is non-canonical.[2]
